Membership

Membership of the London Ladies club is £110 a year by standing order, or £130 by cheque.

Transient

 Our members receive priority access to all our external events and Tuesday talks at a reduced rate of £8 per talk, prices for external events vary.  Members who pay the current membership fees of £110 and £130 will also receive two complimentary guest passes to a Tuesday talk of their choice so that they may bring a guest for free  and can book for exclusive members only events and visits not open to the general public. London Lady, the Newsletter of the London Ladies Club is posted directly to members three times a year.

Upon application and subject to approval,  Members of the London Ladies Club may also  receive a complimentary 6 months membership to the Rag.  

Unexpired membership is not refundable. If you wish to stop  your membership so that it is not renewed on the anniversary of joining, please notify the London Ladies Club in writing one month in advance and request your Bank to cancel your Standing Order to the London Ladies Club. 

Once we have received your completed application form and payment, we will send you a membership welcome pack, including, your membership card, two free guest passes worth £30 and a copy of the lastest London Lady (our newsletter).

TERMS & Conditions:

Unexpired membership of the London Ladies Club is not refundable. If you wish to stop  your membership so that it is not renewed on the anniversary of joining, please notify the London Ladies Club in writing one month in advance of the renewal date and request your Bank to cancel your Standing Order to the London Ladies Club. 
Membership and continued Membership is at the discretion of the Board.

Booking for events and talks :
Bookings must be received in writing using the form in London Lady or email. Bookings can only be confirmed once payment has been received. Tickets with detailed joining instructions to events will be sent out in the post as confirmation of the booking. We do not send out tickets for the talks as they always take place on Tuesdays at the Rag starting at 11.00am.

Our members receive priority access to all our External Events and Tuesday talks. If an event has a limited number of available spaces because of the chosen venue and this event is oversubscribed, we will let you know and ask if you wish to join the waiting list, this option does not guarantee a place.

We will post on our website when an event is full or sold out, so it is advisable to check online before booking.

Refunds: Refunds for events are dependent on the venues and companies with whom we work.

If an event is sold out at the time of booking, we will offer you a refund. We are unable to offer any refund for cancellations made 48 hours or less before an event . Cancellations made after booking may incur deductions.

Tuesday Talks are transferrable (either to another person or another date) but non refundable.

General: Members and their guests are requested to comply with the dress code of the establishments we visit. Courtesy and decorum are expected at all times.

 The London Ladies Club does not endorse the views of the speakers or advertisers.

Members will indemnify and hold harmless the London Ladies Club Ltd, its officers and representatives from any and all liability for loss, damage, injury or expense suffered or incurred in connection with taking part in activities offered and arranged by the London Ladies Club. Members and their guests must be over 18 years of age and in proper physical condition to participate in activities organised by the Club. Please inform us of any disability so that we may try to accommodate you.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm except Bank Holidays when the office is closed.
